Chronic illness – cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes mellitus, arthritis
Poor immunity – frequent infections, cold sores, allergies
Hormonal imbalances – PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, acne, thyroid disease
General health – stress and fatigue, headaches, anxiety, poor sleep, detox, weight management
Family health – optimising fertility, pregnancy support, infant health, children and teenage nutrition
Can I see a nutritionist if I am also seeing a doctor?
Yes absolutely! Good nutrition is the foundation of good health! Diet optimisation and nutritional supplementation can be very useful in supporting or complementing conventional medical treatment, especially for chronic diseases. Julia practises evidence-based nutritional medicine and is well trained in the interaction between nutritional supplements and pharmaceutical drugs so you can feel confident discussing your nutritional treatment plan with your doctor.
Julia is happy to work as part of your health care team to ensure you receive the best care possible.
